Oh Yeh! Glorious Gluten Free Baked Doughnuts
Here’s what’s going on at Flip Flops and Avocados, and I apologize for the lack of posting but it’s been an interesting few weeks of experimenting.
The gluten free doughnut baked, not fried has been on my mind everyday and in the kitchen I’ve been making batches of what I finally have achieved is a beautiful doughnut. The key is to create a texture that is soft, yet firm to hold, won’t crumble or be doughy and of course taste incredibly delicious. Making a variety of flavors has been a lot of fun - it's become a personal project and at some point I will soon share but until then......
